PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: August 25, 2026
WEGLOW US, Inc., operating the VYNEHERB website (“VYNEHERB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and related services (the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information — your email address (we use passwordless one-time codes; we do not store a password).
- Order information — recipient name, shipping address, phone number, the items you purchase, and your order history.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card metadata (such as the last four digits); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Health intake information — if your order includes practitioner-reviewed (PRO) products, you complete a health intake (e.g., date of birth, height and weight, pregnancy status, lifestyle, medical conditions, medications, allergies) and sign it with your name. Providing this information is voluntary, but PRO products cannot ship without a completed intake.
- Communications — messages you send us, including replies to our emails.
Information collected automatically: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and server logs used for security and to operate the Services. We use browser storage (localStorage) to keep your cart and sign-in session working. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on the Services.
2. How We Use Information
- To process and fulfill orders — including payment, address verification, shipping, and delivery updates;
- To conduct the practitioner review of PRO orders — your health intake and related order details are shared with the reviewing licensed practitioner;
- To send transactional emails — order confirmations, prescription outcomes, shipping and tracking notices, and refund confirmations;
- To provide customer support and respond to your messages;
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations;
- To maintain and improve the Services.
3. Health Information
Your health intake exists for one purpose: allowing a licensed practitioner to evaluate whether the product you ordered is suitable for you. It is accessible only to the reviewing practitioners and to authorized VYNEHERB staff who operate the review system. Practitioners may keep brief internal notes about your care history to inform future reviews. Your health information is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used for marketing.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Reviewing practitioners — your intake and order details, for PRO order review;
- Service providers — payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), address verification (Smarty), and our fulfillment and shipping partners (who receive the name, address, phone number, and items needed to deliver your order);
- Legal — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of VYNEHERB, our customers, or others;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. For California residents, see our “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” notice.
5. Retention
We keep account, order, and intake records for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and safety obligations (including maintaining a record of practitioner reviews), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. Your Choices & Rights
- You can view your orders and their status anytime in MY PAGE.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (reply to any VYNEHERB email). Note that we may need to retain certain records where the law requires it — for example, records of completed practitioner reviews.
- We currently send only transactional (non-marketing) emails related to your orders and account. If we ever introduce marketing emails, they will include an unsubscribe link.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). We honor verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that restrict health information to reviewing practitioners and authorized staff, and reliance on established processors (such as Stripe) for payment data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Where Information Is Processed
The Services are operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
